Who is COG?
Coastal Organic Growers (COG) is a diverse group of farmers located throughout both the coastal and the southeast regions of Georgia and South Carolina including the Magnolia Midlands and Coastal Plains who are dedicated to organic agriculture practices.
Products from our farms include traditional and specialty or niche market fruits and vegetables, pasture-raised eggs, cut flowers, herbs, native plants, and compost. While many of our growers are organically certified or transitioning to organic production, we hold in common a total commitment to sustainable practices.
Our group is constantly working to improve the quality of life within our area, as well as pioneer the growing popularity of sustainable organic farming methods, We not only produce the above specialty products, but are continually experimenting and researching ways to produce high quality row crops.
